Our Management Team

JØRGEN K. CHRISTIANSEN serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bentley, Yates & Company, Inc. and President and Director of Horsens, Inc., a holding company engaged in energy and real estate developments in the United States and Europe. He also serves as Director, Societe Financier G.P. Philippson and Co., S.A., Brussels, Belgium - a merchant bank engaged in international finance. Mr. Christiansen was previously Vice President, General Manager of Condor Drilling Company. In 1969 through 1978, he served in the Danish army and was graduated from the Royal Danish Military Academy in 1974.

RONNYE M. MEDLEN is President of Bentley, Yates Cobra Serv., Inc., a Cobra Continuation Administration Company. He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a B.A. Degree in Political Science. Mr. Medlen has served on the board of the SMU Lettermen's Association and remains active with the SMU community.

NIELS E. CHRISTIANSEN serves as Account Executive for Bentley, Yates & Co. He has previously held the title of Chief Financial Officer for TJW Management in St. Louis, Missouri. Mr. Christiansen graduated from Regis University in Denver, Colorado with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and also received his M.B.A. in Operations Management and International Business from Regis University.

EDWARD H. FISCHER is the Vice President of Bentley, Yates and Company, Inc., and is in charge of operations on the East Coast. He also serves as President of the Samanda Group, a holding company engaged in various financial services. Mr. Fischer has served as Vice President of the Bank of Virginia and ran the bank's commercial and industrial equipment finance division. Before that, he was the manager in charge of special finance for Investors Diversified Services (IDS). Mr. Fischer graduated from the University of New York.

KJELD G. JENSEN is the IT Director of Bentley, Yates & Co. He also serves as President of AriesConsult, an IT company engaged in bespoke systems and web site development. Mr. Jensen previously served as Computer Services Manager at NATO Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium, and as Chief Systems Engineer for Europe and South East Asia at Informatics Inc., a California based software development company owned by The Equitable Life Insurance Company. Mr. Jensen graduated from The Copenhagen School of Commerce and from The IBM Education Centre Europe.
