We have had a significant number of problems with people not being able to download the 'SnapShot' viewer program necessary to read the file format you have received in the past.
Therefore we have decided to change the format from 'SnapShot' to PDF which can be opened by the Adobe Reader Program.
This program is available on most computers already, however if not, the program can be downloaded from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
Print this e-mail, click the link above and follow the instructions below:
Go to step 1 of 2
Select language (English)
Select Operating system (Windows 95 -
98 - ME - XP, Mac version)
Select Connection Speed (Dial up or
Broadband)
When you have done that, 'step 2 of
2' will automatically appear.
Download Full Version is already
checked.
Activate the Red 'Download Button'
Select 'Open', let it download, it
will take a little time depending on your connection speed
Adobe will now optimize you system
When the Adobe Reader 6.0 combo box
appears select 'next'
When the Adobe Wizard combo box
appears select 'next'
When the Adobe Destination Folder
appears select 'next'
Select 'Install'
That's it.
